Dina Goldstein (b. 1979) is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Tel Aviv. Her works include collage, video and live animation performances. On the verge between performance, visual art and toy theatre, Goldstein’s works strive to evoke surreal fantasy worlds, deriving from her yearning for the wondrous and the desire to bring the magical into the quotidian.

 

Goldstein’s work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in museums and galleries in Israel and her live shows performed on stages in Israel and the United States.

 

In Aus den Augen she will show small paper cut out installations, based on 16th century illustrations of the Schembart carnival, as well as live animation video works.
